MDE professionals love the thrill of teaching you how to use your new system. We prefer to partner with you or designee in the maintenance and upkeep of your system and will allow you as much autonomy as you can handle.
Generally, we can support most issues that arise remotely, but it sure is nice to have an "inside person" to turn on the domain controller after a 2-hour long power outage, or restart a machine when updates have disabled critical services needed to run your practice management software.

MDE wants you to feel comfortable with your new or upgraded system and will work patiently with you while keeping in mind that your primary focus is dentistry and not IT.
