Phase 1 > Network Design
The Network Design phase is a critical first step where we carefully plan the layout and functionality of your dental IT network. This process includes creating organized diagrams and spreadsheets that map out how your network will operate — including how data will flow, how devices will connect, and how we’ll assign IP addresses and manage network traffic. We focus on routing and switching design, device placement, and resource allocation to ensure your system is efficient, scalable, and secure. Phase 2 > System Configuration
The System Configuration phase is where the thorough design parameters are programmed into the equipment specified and agreed upon in the proposal. What does all that mean? Well, this is the geeky phase. We build your custom network and workstation environment in our test lab before it rolls out to your site. Your custom dental IT network is built and tested in a controlled environment to ensure everything works exactly as intended. We troubleshoot, optimize, and double-check — because surprises are great for birthdays, not dental network installations. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
Phase 3 > Network Implementation
Finally, the Network Implementation phase is where your new system leaves the lab and enters the real world — your dental office. By this stage, the core infrastructure has been carefully programmed and tested; now it’s time to bring it all together. We coordinate with your preferred practice management (PM) software provider to ensure seamless integration, like a finely tuned watch.
Once everything is installed and running smoothly, our team provides hands-on training so you know exactly how to use your new system. To wrap it all up, you’ll receive a fully documented Excel spreadsheet detailing every component, network configuration, and setting.
